Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Orders under $100 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $8.00. Orders of $100 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are non-refundable.

Delivery Timeframes Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment. International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages Lorvei Riviera is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting your local carrier or postal service to file a claim.
